This is a good-value, eleven-day camping tour that explores the highlights of northern Namibia - the Okavango delta, Chobe National Park and the Majestic Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe.

Once you arrive, you will be met by a representative and transferred to your guest house where you will spend the night with breakfast included. Take the time out to relax and recover from your flight and prepare yourself for your adventure in the morning.

DAY 1

Botswana

Today you will be picked up by your guide early morning. This guide will be with you throughout the whole trip. You will be travelling by road just over the border, passing through border control, into Botswana to the small town called Ghanzi. Here you will overnight and experience the lovely property that is run by the San (Bushmen) people.

Enjoy the evening by sitting around the fire and listening to their story telling.

DAY 2 :

Maun

Begin your day with a very early morning walk with the Bushmen. After the walk you will then pack up and leave Ghanzi to drive north east towards the Okavango Delta. Driving through the Kalahari and passing small towns along the way.

You arrive in Maun shortly after midday and you will do the scenic flight over the Delta in a small plane that takes 7 passengers at a time. The scenic flight is about 45mins.

DAY 3

You have a relaxed morning today to prepare for your stay in the Delta. You get picked from your accommodation in Maun for a drive of about 45 mins again to your entry point into the Delta. You travel in to the Delta on Mokoro pushed by a pooler to your campsite. Enjoy the view and adventure. Arrive into the delta where you will enjoy the image of the lush vegetation, crystal waters and lagoons. You will set up your camp on the banks of the lagoon and stay for overnight.

DAY 4

Okavango Delta

Today you take advantage of the beautiful wilderness around you. You will travel in a more appropriate form of transport, motor boat. Some of the activities in the Delta and done in Mokoro’s – this is a traditional form of transport here – it is a dugout canoe, making it easy to manoeuvre through the waterways of the Okavango Delta.

DAY 5

Today you come out of the Delta again by Mokoro and back to Maun, you arrive in Maun just after 10h00 and proceed to Na

stay today. You will enjoy your drive through the salt pans as you head to Nata. Your late afternoon is set aside for amazing sunset of the Makgadikgadi pans and you get back to camp after sunset.

DAY 6

Today we head further east of Botswana to Kasane a small-town bordering Zambia and Zimbabwe. After check in at your accommodation you head for your Game drive in the Chobe national park for 3 hours starting from midday. After your Game drive you have the afternoon on a boat cruise in the Chobe river up until sunset.

Chobe National Park is very famous for it’s African elephant population, so driving through the park you will definitely have the opportunity to see these amazing mammals.

On the River you will see many Hippo’s and crocodiles as well as smaller game along the banks. Enjoy a sun-downer as the sun sets and you return to camp.

DAY 7

Victoria Falls

Today you will commence your journey up to the Kazungula border where the 4 countries meet. Complete formalities before heading to Victoria Falls just 80km drive from the border. Your first stop will be the tour of the Victoria Falls national park. That should take you through the afternoon and you will check in at your accommodation after the tour.

DAY 8

Enjoy some of the scenery and make plans for some optional activities that are available from here Today you will have a free day in Victoria Falls. Take this time to discover the amazing wonder that is the Victoria Falls. Visit some of the local markets or take part in one of the adventure

activities such as white-water rafting, bungee jumping or a helicopter flip over the falls. (all extras).

Your tour ends today and you can be transferred to Victoria Falls airport for your return flight or you can decide to stay longer and make arrangements on when you will need to be transferred.
