I completed my elementary and secondary education in Addis and I studied Accounting at Mekelle University in the Northern Ethiopia.

I studied also Tour Operation Management at the Catering and Tourism Training Institute for two years and graduated in Diploma with 'Distinctions' ranking in March 2004.

After graduation I worked for five years at two of the best known tour companies in Addis as a permanent tour operator and tour guide to all parts of Ethiopia.

Since April 2009 I have been working as a freelance English speaking guide for various companies.
