Food is the best way to discover the culture of a place. I organize personalized food tours in Syracuse and its province. I will take you to the fish market. You will see freshly caught fresh fish: Tuna, Calamari, Swordfish. Vegetables, citrus fruits, fruit. You will taste the cheeses, the olives, ricotta, wine. We can stop at the market and taste all the excellence of our area. Or, I can organize lunches and dinners in typical trattorias or tastings of pizza, arancini, etc.
