5D4N Exploring Mysterious Cultures & The 17 Islands National Marine Park; Discover Flores' People, Nature & Culture

Get the earliest flight from Denpasar to Ende in the middle of Flores island. Upon your arrival at Hasan Aerobusman airport of Ende, our tour guide will pick up you then take you to a local restaurant for lunch. If time allows we will drive around the country side of Ende for a quick look over the situation of how this capital city had become the historical born-home of the Pancasila, the Five Principles of Indonesia. Depart to Riung, the journey takes approximately 2,5 hours (72 kilometers in distance). First stop en-route at Penggajawa to see blue rocks that filled all over the bay beach. Next stops at sellected view point for taking photo and for short walk as to stretch our leg. Arrive in Riung at late afternoon. Dinner and stay overnight at Pondok SVD Missionary Guest House.

Day 2: RIUNG 17 ISLANDS NATIONAL MARINE PARK ( B/ L/ D).

After breakfast we will drive down to pier then board on a local motor-boat to Riung 17 Islands National Marine Park. Today you will spend your time hopping around the 17 islands of the gorgeous Riung Marine Park– a chain of large and small islands i.e. Pau, Borong, Ontoloe, Dua, Kolong, Lainjawa, Besar, Halima and a lot more. All islands are uninhabited and their coastlines are pure white sand beaches. At Ontoloe Island you can watch flying foxes and bats. Afterwards you enjoy those magnificent beaches and the cristal clear water by swimming, snorkeling or just relaxing. In the afternoon you return to Riung. Dinner and stay overnight at Pondok SVD Missionary Guest House.

Day 3: RIUNG – BAJAWA – MANULALU ( B/ L/ D).

When the morning comes, it’s time to start another adventure. After breakfast get pack our luggage, we are going to check out from the hotel and start a new full day tour. Today we will visit the natural hot spring in Soa—the temperature range from 30 to 40 degrees centigrade. Take some time to soak up our body in the pool and get relaxed in the water running down cascades, it’s good to relief your body from exhausted long journey. From Soa we will continue to Bajawa to have lunch at a local restaurant. Drive out of town to a beautiful view point between Wogo and Bena traditional villages and check in at Hotel in Manulalu. In the afternoon if the sky is clear its good moment for you to take photo of Inerie volcano and Bena village from far distance—magnifincent. Dinner and stay overnight at Hotel Manu Lalu.

Day 4: MANULALU – BENA VILLAGE – NAGE HOTSPRING ( B/ L/ D).

In the morning at 5 am the car takes you to Wolo Bobo hilltop, a great scenery to take photo of the sunrise and the landscape includes Inerie volcano and Bajawa town. Drive back to hotel for breakfast. After having breakfast we will visit the “living museum” traditional village of Bena and Gurusina, and the Ngada tribes, located on the slope of volcano Inerie. Lunch at Hotel Manu Lalu or in Bajawa town or boxed lunch. In the afternoon we have the chance to visit Nage hotspring and take a relaxing bath there. Dinner and stay overnight at Hotel manu Lalu.

Day 5: MANULALU – ENDE – DENPASAR ( B/ L/ -).

After breakfast we drive back to Ende. Lunch at a local restaurant near by the airport in Ende then heading to Hasan Aerobusman airport to catch your flight back to Denpasar.
