Morocco 12 days trip from Casablanca airport
Day 1: Casablanca airport – to Casablanca city center
Your first day trip in Morocco will Launch by Picking meeting your driver at the airport in Casablanca, the economic capital of Morocco. And take to visit the Hassan II mosque, which is one of largest mosques in the world. Then take you to your hotel where you will have dinner and breakfast.
Day 2: Casablanca - Rabat - Chefchaoun
after we enjoy all the important places to see in Casablanca, we will head to Chefchaoun via Rabat the capital of Morocco.its only 1hours to get Rabat to start the exploration of this imperial city with its old high building, starting By hassan Tower which was aimed to be the largest temple in the world, then visit the other important sites to see Rabar then head our way to Chefchaoun.
Day 3: explore Chefchaoun – drive to Fes
Today will be specialized only to explore Chefchaoun the ‘blue city’ or the ‘blue pearl’ as it was nicknamed by the Moroccans. Chefchoun is known by its blue-rinsed walls and houses, and its also know by many native cheap handicrafts that does not exist anywhere else in the country, such as woven covers, garments and wool.
Day 4: explore Fez
today is for exploring the cultural capital of Morocco. There many monuments that we will visit: such as Medersas (Koranic schools): Chahrij, Bou Inania, Attarin, Souks, Fes El-Jedid, the Karaouine Mosque (First university in the world).
Day 5: Fes - Volubilis - Meknes
In the next day We will take our way to the ruins of the Roman city of Volubilis, and also visit the holy city Moulay Idriss. 27 km from the ruins there Meknes, a city that reached its peak thanks to the Sultan Moulay Ismail. In this city we will visit Baba Mansour Gate and Plaza Lhadim. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 6: Meknes - Merzouga
Departure to Merzouga via Ifrane (also known as the Switzerland of Morocco). We will have a stop in Azrou Forest to enjoy watching the monkeys (appes) climbing the cedars then crossing the Middle Atlas mountains and continue via the Ziz Valley with its gorges. We continue to the city of Erfoud, famous for being the capital of fossils. Arrival in Merzouga, enjoying a day where we can appreciate the peace of the desert. Hostel accommodation near the dunes.
Day 7: Merzouga - Erg Chebbi
After breakfast we will start a big adventure tour through the dunes, traveling through many towns of the desert. One of them is the village of Khamlia where we will stop to enjoy the music of Gnawa and then visit the desert nomads in their tents to discover a new sense of life ...
In the afternoon we will ride camel to spend the night in the middle of the dunes under the nomadic tent.
Day 8: Erg Chebbi - Todra Gorges
Make sure to get up early to enjoy the beautiful sunrise between the dunes. The ride your camel back to the hotel to have breakfast and take a shower. After that We continue to the Gorges via Rissani where we will stop a bit to visit their traditional Souk which is considered to be the largest in southern Morocco. Then continue to Todra Gorges. Night in the middle of the Gorges.
Day 9: Todra Gorges - Ouarzazate
After having breakfast, we will have a short walk between the gorges before moving to the Dades Valley, the Valley of Roses and Oasis of Skoura. Arrival in Ouarzazate overnight at the hotel.
Day 10: Ouarzazate - Marrakech
After breakfast and before going to Marrakech, we will start visiting the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou where many movies have been filmed, including alexender & Obelix, Babel, Sahara, The Kingdom of Heaven, Cleopatra, Gladiator ...
Then we continue towards Marrakech on the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi N'Tichka. On the side of the mountains we will see Berber villages and farms. Arrival in Marrakech and transfer to the hotel.
Day 11: explore Marrakech
Today we will discover the charms of Marrakech, and its historical monuments: gardens and basin Menara, the Mosque Koutoubia, the Saadian Tombs and the Museum Dar Si Said or the Bahia Palace and the Jamaa El Fna with its souks. Day 12: Marrakech - Casablanca
From Casablanca and transfer to the airport and end of the tour.
