stop N 3 arriving to Yerevan capital of Armenia.

Day N2 easy day after long trip.

1. Yerevan city tour

2. Ejmiatsin (Vagarshapat) city and Cathedral.

the 4th-largest city in Armenia and the most populous municipal community of Armavir Province. Ejmiatsin cathedral  is the most ancient Christian temple of Armenia. It was built in 301-303 by Grigor Luysavorich, the founder of the Armenian Gregorian church.

Day N3 Khor Virap - Noravank - Areni

Khor Virap is one of the most popular destinations in Armenia for a number of reasons, primarily because it is where Grigor Lusavorich (St. Gregory the Illuminator) was imprisoned for 13 years before curing King Trdat III of a disease. This caused the conversion of the king and Armenia into the first officially Christian nation in the world in the year 301.

Noravank means “New Monastery” in Armenian. However, today this name does not fit, as the monastery is already more than seven centuries old. The beautiful Noravank Monastery was built in the 13th century on the ledge of narrow winding gorge above the Amaghu River, near the city of Yeghegnadzor.

Areni Cave . For centuries, the caves in this region were thought to be just simple caves. Children would play in them, but nobody knew much about these caves. But that all changed in 2007, when excavations began in Areni Cave.

Day N4 Garni - Gegard

Garni. Temple of Garni The Temple of Garni is a classical Hellenistic temple in Garni, Armenia. It is perhaps the best-known structure and symbol of pre-Christian Armenia.

Geghard. The monastery of Geghard contains a number of churches and tombs, most of them cut into the rock, which illustrate the very peak of Armenian medieval architecture. The complex of medieval buildings is set into a landscape of great natural beauty, surrounded by towering cliffs at the entrance to the Azat Valley.
