Grodno tour

The drive from Minsk to Grodno will take 4 hours. In Grodno we'll see the best preserved historical center in Belarus with its churches, castles and parks. We will start at Soviet square. First, we will visit outstanding St. Francis Xavier Cathedral built in the XVIII century with its rich majestic interior. We can also take a look at the former jesuits's pharmacy with the oldest pharmaceutical museum in Belarus. Next, the narrow charming street will take us to the Royal Old and New Castles which were used by the Kings of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. After seeing the castles we can take a look at the splendid building of Great Choral Sinagogue and the impressive Firemen Tower. Then we'll drive to Zhiliber park, a lovely nature sight with a small river and little hills. Near the park we can also take a look at the remarkable Intercession Orthodox Cathedral. Finally, we'll visit the ancient Kolozha Church built in the XII century and situated in a peaceful park with the great view on the river Neman.
