Day 1: Nairobi- Amboseli National Park.

Pickup at your hotel and depart Nairobi for Amboseli. You will start to taste the real Africa on the rustic road to Amboseli National Park. This park, located on the Tanzanian border, is considered the best place to see free-ranging elephants in all of Africa. You will also see plenty of giraffes, lions, and cheetahs in a variety of habitats including marshes, plains, woodlands and more. Mount Kilimanjaro, the world’s highest free-standing mountain, watches over this national treasure. Arrive in time for lunch and proceed for an afternoon drive which will show all these wonders to you and more. Dinner and overnight at Amboseli AA Lodge

Day 2: Amboseli national Park

We will start the day before sunrise to enjoy the magnificent view of Mount Kilimanjaro and set off for another extensive game drive before the clouds build up over the summit. Mt. Kilimanjaro is the highest mountain in Africa and is snow-capped at the peaks. The majesty of this tropical mountain makes Amboseli an ideal photographer’s haven by offering a spectacular back ground for wildlife and scenic photography. Herds of elephants inhabit this swampy park together with lions, cheetah, buffalo, warthog, rhino and different species of antelopes. The park is also a home of interesting bird species. Meals and overnight at Amboseli AA Lodge.

Day 3: Amboseli -Lake Nakuru National Park

You will enjoy one last delicious breakfast at the Amboseli AA Lodge before heading off to Lake Nakuru National Park. Arrival will be in time for lunch at your lodge, located inside the Lake Nakuru National Park. In the afternoon you will embark on a game drive where you will have the opportunity to spot, rhino and the famous pink flamingos as well as a variety of other wildlife. Lake Nakuru’s claim to fame is anchored on its flamingo’s and the over 400 species of birds found here. The lake itself is a soda lake on the floor of the rift valley. The Lake has also earned a reputation as an important haven for endangered species- particularly the Rothschild Giraffe and the black and white rhino. Lions, water buck, buffalo and baboons are all residents here. Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge

Day 4: Lake Nakuru- Maasai Mara

Enjoy your breakfast before heading off to Maasai Mara National reserve. Here are the grasslands, wildlife and adventure that Westerners have come to associate with a safari. During the afternoon’s game drive you will see jackals, lions, wildebeests, zebras and many other species. Dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge

Day 5: Maasai Mara National Reserve.

Once again you will be able to experience game-drives in the morning and in the afternoon. Both drives will give you great wildlife viewing opportunities. You will see large herds of local grazing animals going by, and also have a good chance of seeing some of the big cats. July and October, these are the months when you can witness the Great Migration, when huge herds of Thomson’s gazelles, wildebeests and zebras travel in mass from the Serengeti. It is an unforgettable experience that is not to be missed. you will also have a chance to visit local tribal village (optional) at an extra cost and learn about the Maasai way of life and how they have managed to retain their semi-nomadic customs even in today’s modern world. Dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge

DAY 6: MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE

You will have the opportunity to spend another day in the reserve; it is in the Mara that one of the natural world's most spectacular events takes place - the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti in Tanzania, in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are a range of predators including lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena and vultures. All meals and overnight stay at Mara Sopa Lodge

Day 7: Masai Mara- Nairobi.

After breakfast drive back to Nairobi and drop-off at the airport where the safari ends
