BALIEM VALLEY and RAJA AMPAT TOUR

Flight from Jakarta GA – 656 at 22 : 45 – 06 :10. Arrived at Jayapura’s Sentani Airport and take a short flight to Wamena IW 1631 at 11 :30 – 12 :30. Transfer to The Baliem Valley Resort. After lunch, visiting the local market in Wamena and hanging bridge in Sinakma in the afternoon.

Day 3: Saltspring and Mummy

Morning drive to Jiwika, walk up to the salt-water spring on the mountain (1,45 hours walk). Local Dani women will demonstrate how to make salt in traditional way. Back to Jiwika, we will have lunch in the village of Kurulu. After lunch we visit the mummy at Sopahima, and also some typical Dani Villages nearby. An easy and very interesting walk through the Dani County is waiting for us. Overnight at The Baliem Valley Resort.

Day 4: Pig Performance of The Dani Tribe

In the morning, we will be leaving the resort for fully day traditional pig Performance in a Dani village. It will be your chance to see a full ceremony and take picture from each event. The traditional pig cooking with hot stones is one of the most interesting events on the highland of Irian Jaya. Overnight at The Baliem Valley Resort.

Day 5. Baliem Resort – Kelise

Breakfast at the hotel then drive to Misi Market to buy all the thigs for one night with local people in Kelise Local House. Continue to Yetni River then trekking to Kelise Village. Overnight in Kelise Local House

Day 6. Kelise – Baliem Resort

Breakfast at local house then trekking Kurima village then Seima village then crossing Yellow Bridge in Sogokmo Village then back to Baliem Valley Resort

Day 7: Wamena – Jayapura - Sorong

Leave early morning at 04 :00 to the airport the Flight IW – 1630 at 06 :15 – 07 : 00 to Jayapura Upon arrival in Jayapura, you will be picked up by your local driver then visiting Jayapura Traditional Market and canoing around Sentani Lake. At 11 :00 drive back to the airport then another Flight JT – 799 at 14 :00 – 16 :00 to Sorong – West Papua. Arrived in Sorong, Pick – Up service then transfer to The Belagri Hotel Sorong. Free time and overnight in Sorong

Day 8. Sorong – Friwend Island – Kabuy Bay. (B = Breakfast, L = Lunch, D = Dinner)

Breakfast at the hotel then transfer to the harbour to join your boat then navigate to Friwend Island, Arrived in Krie, Free time for snorkeling around friwend Island, Batu Lima Island then navigate to Kabuy Bay for Overnight On Board.

Day 9. Kabuy Bay – Waituna Bay (B = Breakfast, L = Lunch, D = Dinner)

Breakfast on Board. Free time for snorkeling around Kabuy Bay then navigate to Salpele Island – Snorkelling and Beach Time – Continue to Aljuy Bay – Waitunu Beach – Waitunu Lake – Canal Waitulu. Overnight on Board around Waituna Bay

Day 10. Waituna Bay – Lagoon of Wayag (B = Breakfast, L = Lunch, D = Dinner)

Breakfast on board then navigate to Kawe Island then feeding black tip shark island around Wayag Island – trekking to the Wayag Platform for beautiful Panorama of Wayag Lagoon Free time for snorkeling till Overnight around Wayag Lagoon

Day 11. Wayag Lagoon and Around (B = Breakfast, L = Lunch, D = Dinner)

Breakfast on board then trekking to second wayag platform – Snorkelling and Beach Time, Fishing. Overnight On Board around Wayag Lagoon

Day 12. Wayag Lagoon – Pianemo – Arborek Gam Island (B = Breakfast, L = Lunch, D = Dinner)

Breakfast on board then navigate to Gam Island – Snorkelling around Aljuy Island – Sighseeing around Arborek – Overnight on board around Gam Island

Day 13. Gam Island – Batanta (B = Breakfast, L = Lunch, D = Dinner)

Breakfast on board then navigate to Manta Point snorkelling around Cape Kri and Cape Mansuar, visiting white sand island. Overnight around Batanta Island

Day 14. Batanta – Sorong (B = Breakfast, L = Lunch)

Breakfast on board then visiting Batanta waterfall then navigate back to Sorong. Arrive in Sorong then transfer to your Hotel.

Overnight in Belagri Hotel

Day 15. Sorong – Return Flight to Jakarta

Breakfast at the Hotel then transfer to the airport at 06 :00 then Return flight GA – 683 at 08 :25 – 10 :10. End of Service
