SANKHU CHANGUNARAYAN TELKOT HIKE

We are bringing you one of the amazing hiking trail to Changunarayan/Telkot via Sankhu. You will see different cultural villages, temples and forest while hiking in this trail. Sankhu is an ancient Newari village located north-eastern corner of the Kathmandu Valley in about 17km from the capital city Kathmandu. Changunarayan is known as the oldest temple in Nepal, this hilltop offers statues and artwork dedicated to Vishnu, Creater was Haridatta Barma. Mostly visited on important festival like Teej, Haribodani Ekadasi, Naag panchami , and also know by other name ‘Garuda Narayan’ and it’s architectural style is Pagoda located in Bhaktapur district
