KALUMAKAANDA NETROKONA

Kalmakanda is an upazila, this upazila falls in the northern region and eastern region of Bangladesh. Kalmakanda upazila is in a place bordering Bangladesh and Indian border. It came to be known as Kalmakanda in 1941. There are several high hills along the Indian border and few springs, Kalmakanda is a great place in a rural environment. It is a favorite place for tourists.
