- Location: It is situated within Arusha National Park, offering picturesque views of the surrounding flora and fauna as well as Kilimanjaro in the distance.

🔵 Trekking Routes:

There are various routes to summit Mount Meru, with the most popular being the following:

1. Momella Route:

- This is the most common route and allows trekkers to experience a range of ecosystems.

- It usually takes about 3 to 4 days to reach the summit and return.

2. Meru Crater Route:

- This offers a more challenging trek and takes you into the crater.

- This route is less frequented and provides a more remote experience.

- Day 1: Drive from Arusha to Momella Gate, then trek to Miriakamba Hut.

- Day 4: Trek back to Momella Gate and return to Arusha.
