Good physical condition is required. The tour starts at approximately 2 meters above sea level and reaches an average altitude of 150 meters above sea level.
Participants must bring their own cycling uniform and, if possible, their own helmet.
Helmet: A well-fitting helmet is crucial for safety.
It is important that footwear be simple but in very good condition.
You must also bring your own water bottle.
Maximum 2 people " tourist", on our part a mechanic, a companion and the professional guide.
