masterclass with a local family to prepare the legendary Samarkand Plov and

for a taste beloved by locals. We will take a special excursion to the town of

G'ijduvon, famed throughout Uzbekistan for its unique and succulent Shashlik

(Kebab), prepared over coals by masters of the craft. This is a true taste of the
