Your adventure begins with a morning pick-up at 07:00 AM from your hotel in Arusha, carrying along a packed lunch for the journey. After a scenic drive, we will arrive at the entrance of Tarangire National Park, where registration takes just a few minutes before starting your exciting game drive. Tarangire is a land defined by its ancient baobab trees and the Tarangire River, which acts as a lifeline for vast herds of elephants, zebras, wildebeests, and many other species, especially during the dry season. The park is also a paradise for bird enthusiasts, boasting more than 500 recorded species, while predators such as lions and leopards roam its diverse habitats. Around midday, you’ll enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park, surrounded by breathtaking scenery and wildlife, before continuing with an afternoon game drive to explore more of its landscapes and inhabitants. On your way back, the experience is enriched with a cultural stop at a traditional Maasai village near the park boundary, where you will spend about 30 minutes learning about their unique customs, dances, and pastoral lifestyle.
