Day to Day Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1400m)
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be met by our airport representative and transferred to your hotel by private tourist vehicle. The rest of the day is free for rest or visiting our office for a detailed trek briefing.
Accommodation: 3-Star Hotel in Thamel
Day 2: Free Day in Kathmandu & Trek Preparation
After breakfast, meet your trek leader for a pre-trip briefing covering itinerary details and safety information. Please bring your passport, three passport-sized photos, and a copy of your travel insurance. Free time for rest or last-minute shopping.
Accommodation: 3-Star Hotel in Thamel

Day 3: Flight to Lukla (2800m) & Trek to Phakding (2652m)
Early morning flight to Lukla (approx. 40 minutes). Breakfast in Lukla followed by porter baggage distribution. Trek through Sherpa villages to Phakding. This short trek allows gradual acclimatization.

Day 4: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m)
Cross several suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River and enter Sagarmatha National Park at Monjo. After crossing the Hillary Bridge, ascend to Namche Bazaar, the commercial hub of the Khumbu region.

Day 5: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar
A full day to acclimatize. Optional hike to Everest View Hotel for panoramic mountain views including Mt. Everest. Visit the Sherpa Museum and explore the local market.

Day 6: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Thame (3800m)
Leave the main Everest trail and trek toward Thame, one of the oldest Sherpa villages. Visit Thame Monastery located above the village.

Day 7: Trek from Thame to Marlung (4137m)
Follow the historic trade route toward Tibet, passing yak pastures and small settlements before reaching Marlung.

Day 8: Trek from Marlung to Lungdeng (4600m)
A scenic trek through remote alpine landscapes to Lungdeng, staying at a basic mountain teahouse.

Day 9: Trek from Lungdeng to Gokyo (4800m) via Renjo La Pass (5465m)
A challenging but rewarding day crossing Renjo La Pass with spectacular views of Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, and Cho Oyu. Descend carefully to Gokyo Lake.

Day 10: Hike to Gokyo Ri (5330m) & Trek to Thaknak (4750m)
Early morning hike to Gokyo Ri for sunrise views. Trek past Gokyo Lakes and cross the Ngozumpa Glacier to Thaknak.

Duration: 7–8 Hours
Day 11: Trek from Thaknak to Dzongla (4850m) via Cho La Pass (5367m)
Cross Cho La Pass involving steep ascents and glacier sections. Descend to Dzongla with views of Cholatse Peak.

Duration: 5–6 Hours
Day 12: Trek from Dzongla to Gorakshep (5160m)
Trek along the Khumbu Glacier moraine with views of Pumori and Kalapatthar. Overnight at Gorakshep.

Duration: 5–6 Hours
Day 13: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5357m) & Return to Lobuche
Visit Everest Base Camp via the Khumbu Icefall. Return to Gorakshep and continue to Lobuche.

Day 14: Trek from Lobuche to High Camp (5400m)
Trek to Lobuche Base Camp and ascend to High Camp via rocky glacier trails. Rest and prepare for summit day.

Duration: 3–4 Hours
Day 15: Lobuche East Summit (6119m) & Return to Lobuche
Early morning summit push. Enjoy panoramic Himalayan views from the top. Descend to High Camp and continue to Lobuche.

Duration: 8–10 Hours
Day 16: Trek from Lobuche to Chhukung (4730m) via Kongma La Pass (5535m)
Cross the Khumbu Glacier and climb Kongma La Pass. Descend into Imja Valley with views of Ama Dablam.

Duration: 8–10 Hours
Day 17: Trek from Chhukung to Tengboche (3867m)
Descend through Pangboche to Tengboche, home to the famous monastery beneath Ama Dablam.

Duration: 4–5 Hours
Day 18: Trek from Tengboche to Namche Bazaar (3440m)
Descend through forests and Sherpa villages including Khumjung and Khunde. Visit Khunde Hospital before returning to Namche.

Day 19: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2840m)
Descend through Monjo and Phakding, exiting Sagarmatha National Park. Final climb to Lukla.

Day 20: Flight from Lukla to Kathmandu
Early morning flight to Kathmandu and transfer to hotel. Free time to relax.
