There is a place on earth where giant ships come to die😱

Beached on golden sand, these massive vessels once crossing oceans, carrying goods, connecting continents lie on their sides like sleeping giants. Men with torches crawl over them like ants, cutting them apart piece by piece. Sparks rain down like metallic fireworks. The air smells of rust, salt, & labor.

This is the Chittagong Ship Breaking Yard. One of the most dramatic, emotional, and visually stunning places on earth for photography.

Why photographers cry here😢

· The scale is impossible to describe ships taller than buildings, beached like toys

· The light morning sun through rusted holes creates beams of gold and shadow

· The workers their faces tell stories of hardship, dignity, and survival

· The contrast massive industrial decay against natural beach beauty

· The colors rust orange, ocean blue, sand gold, flame red

What you'll photograph👇👇👇

· Entire ships being dismantled by hand

· Workers climbing like spiders on metal mountains

· Sparks and fire in daylight

· Portrait opportunities (with respect and permission)

· Abstract details rust patterns, chains, anchors, propellers

· The moment a ship meets the sea

and for the last time
