Cairo –

Known to its residents as Um Ad-Dunya or Mother of the World, Cairo can be divided into three distinct areas. The first being Modern Cairo, a hotchpotch of recent growth built on top of a dense bed of history. The second part being Islamic Cairo where you will be looking at a bygone medieval era. And finally, head out to Giza’s 4000 year pyramids and be amazed by the one of the oldest remaining buildings of the man made world.

Alexandria –

Egypt’s second largest city was founded by none other than Alexander himself, it was also the capital of the famous queen Cleopatra. It was also home to the Pharos Lighthouse, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world and the Great Library that went alongside it.

Itinerary –

Day 1 Cairo

Start your full day visiting the Egyptian Museum of antiquities. On display is rare collection of 5000 years of art the largest most precious collection of Egyptian art in the world. Over 250,000 genuine artifacts are presented, including an exhibit dedicated to the Tutankhamen collection of treasures, gold, and jewelry.after that you will visit the most famous papyrus gallery,then you will Pass by the factory of the Egyptian pure oil which is the Egyptian perfumes .

-In the afternoon you will Visit THE GIZA PYRAMIDS , Cheops, Chephren & Mykerions. Cheops is the most colossal ever built. Next is a close-up look at Sphinx - a huge funeral complex guarded by the legendary lion body with the face of king Chephren. then I'll show you how our Egyptian cotton is very famous,

-By the end of the day you will visit Khan El Khalily Bazaar to enjoy your free time with the Islamic atmosphere and with Egyptian Shisha ( water-pipe) and the Egyptian coffee.

Day 2 Alexandria

After breakfast in the early morning we will leave the hotel and drive for 3 hours to ALEXANDRIA on the Mediterranean to visit CATACOMBS, POMPEY'S PILLAR, then the lunch afternoon visit QAITBAY FORT from outside , then THE GREAT ALEX LIBRARY after that back to Cairo .
