Lower Everest Trek

The trek starts in Lukla, a small town at the foot of the Himalayas. From there, you'll hike up to Namche Bazaar, the main trekking hub in the Everest region. Namche is a great place to acclimatize to the altitude and to get a taste of Sherpa culture. After Namche, you'll continue the journey to Khumjung and Khunde Villages, some of the largest villages in the Everest region. From there, you can hike to Hilleri View Point, which offers the greatest panoramic vista of the Himalayas.

The ultimate destination of the trek is Tengboche Monastery, one of the most important monasteries in the entire Khumbu Valley. Tengboche is a beautiful place to visit, and the views from the monastery are simply stunning. The Lower Everest Trek is a great way to experience the beauty of the Everest region and learn about Sherpa culture. It's also a relatively easy trek, making it a good option for people who are new to trekking.

Day 1: Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phadking

Day 2: Trek from Lukla to Namche Bazzar

Day 3: Explore Day: Hike to Thamu Village and Back to Namche Bazzar

Day 4: Hike to Hilleri View Point and Trek back to Khumjung Village

Day 5: Trek to Tengboche Monastery

Day 5: Exploration Day: Hike to View Point, Visit Dibuche Nunnery

Day 6: Trek to Manzoo

Day 7: Trek to Lukla

Day 8: Fly back to Kathmandu
