You will visit the biggest construction made for the Spaniards in the colonial time in Colombia, thanks to this construction is why SouthAmerica don't speak english. This have some tunnels and a lot of cannons, it is beautiful to see the sunset and nice views of Cartagena.
It is open from 8:00 to 6:00 pm, I recommend visit it around 4:00 pm to see the sunset.
