Day 1: Arrival in Tibilisi

Arrive at Tbilisi International Airport (TBS). After clearing customs and immigration, you will be transferred to the hotel for check-in.

Day 2: Tbilisi

After breakfast, we will start the Georgian part of the tour by exploring Tbilisi, the capital and the largest city of Georgia, located on the Kura River, with a population of around 1.5 million people. We will take a walk through the old city, which is the most beautiful part of the city, visiting various places from pedestrian streets to the Metekhi Bridge, Meidan Bazaar, the Dry Bridge Bazaar, the Clock Tower, and then We will also visit the Dezerter Bazaar, the largest covered market of fruits, vegetables, spices, and handmade candles. Finally, we will end the day visiting the Narikala Fortress for a panoramic view of Tbilisi.

Day 3: Tbilisi – Telavi – Tsinandali – Sighnaghi – Tbilisi

Today's route is about enjoying the landscapes on the way to Tsinandali, a well-known pass for its picturesque landscape. The curve of the mountain road is marvelous throughout the year. When we arrive, we will visit one of the most famous wineries in Georgia. We will have lunch there and then return to Telavi in the afternoon. Then we will head to the city of Sighnaghi, known for its charming narrow streets, cobblestone paths, wooden balconies, and wine cellars, giving the town a romantic mystique. Sighnaghi is also a popular destination for weddings. We will return to Tbilisi in the afternoon.

Day 4: Tbilisi – Mtskheta – Uplistsikhe – Gori – Tbilisi

After breakfast, we will prepare to visit the city of Gori, stopping along the way to visit the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, one of the most important religious buildings in Georgia and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, originally built in the 11th century. We will continue to another UNESCO World Heritage Site called Uplistsikhe, an ancient city excavated in the rock, known for its unique combination of various styles of Anatolian and Iranian cultures. After that, we will visit the city of Gori and take a walk through the city, visiting the Stalin Museum, dedicated to the life and legacy of Joseph Stalin. We will explore Stalin's office and see personal items from the Soviet era. Then we will visit the Goristsikhe Castle, with impressive views of the surrounding landscapes. We will return to Tbilisi in the afternoon.

Day 5: Tbilisi-Yerevan

After a delicious breakfast, we'll depart for the Sadakhlo border crossing. Upon completing Armenian entry procedures, we embark on a scenic journey towards Yerevan, the captivating capital city. Along the way, we'll delve into Armenia's rich history and culture with visits to the breathtaking monasteries of Haghpat and Sanahin, followed by a stop in the charming town of Dilijan.

Day 6: Yerevan

We will start the city tour of Yerevan with a panoramic view of the city and a visit to the heart of the city, Republic Square, which is the most important center of the city. Then we will visit the Mother Armenia Statue and the Cascade Complex. At the end of the day we will visit the Blue Mosque, one of the largest and oldest mosques in the Caucasus, located in the heart of Yerevan and the Armenian Genocide Museum.

Day 7: Yerevan – Khor Virap – Geghard – Garni – Yerevan

After breakfast, we will leave the city to visit a monastery with a very interesting history, Khor Virap, located next to the famous Mount Ararat, where Gregory the Illuminator was initially imprisoned by King of Armenia. Then we will visit one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the Geghard Monastery, a medieval monastery partially excavated in the adjacent mountain, surrounded by cliffs. We will continue our journey to the town of Garni, where we will visit the famous Garni Temple, the only standing Greco-Roman structure with columns in Armenia.

Day 8: Yerevan – Zvartnots – Echmiadzin – Saghmosavan – Voskevaz – Yerevan

We will leave for the ruins of the Zvartnots Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site from the 7th century, known for its unique circular exterior structure and a set of interior columns that supported a multi-story structure crowned by a dome. Then we will visit the Echmiadzin Cathedral, from the 4th century, considered the oldest Christian building in Armenia and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After that, we will follow the road to a small village called Saghmosavan, where we will have a beautiful panoramic view next to the Saghmosavank Monastery. The monastery itself is beautiful, but the surroundings, with the hills and the deep valley, make it truly impressive. At the end of the day, we will visit one of the most famous wineries in Armenia in the village with the same name, Voskevaz, where we will enjoy the atmosphere and nature of the village until the afternoon before returning to the hotel in Yerevan.

Day 8: Departure

Following breakfast, enjoy a comfortable transfer to Yerevan Airport, arriving well in advance of your flight for a relaxed check-in process.
