Happy weekend along the black sandy beach of Limbe.
Day-1 Friday: Yaoundé-Douala-Tiko-Limbe. Depart from the hotel for Limbe, passing through Douala and Tiko. Arrive at the Seme Beach Hotel, check in. Relax, enjoy dinner, and stay overnight at the hotel.
Day-2 Saturday :
Enjoy breakfast, then depart for the west coast, passing through Bakingili, with a chance to see the remnants of the volcanic eruption of 1999. Continue through Debunscha, known as the wettest place in West Africa. Arrive at the active port of Idenau to visit fishermen drying fish.
Return to the hotel for lunch, then visit the zoo to see preserved wildlife such as chimpanzees and gorillas. Afterwards, explore the botanical garden with about 1500 closely planted trees, a paradise for bird watching. During the visit, see the old cemetery, then relax along the beach. Dinner and overnight stay at the same hotel.
* Day-3 Sunday :
Enjoy breakfast, then visit the Bimbia slave trade village. Depart for Buea, the headquarters of the South West Region of Cameroon, situated at 1100 meters above sea level. On the way, pass through the Tole tea plantation. Tour Buea to see colonial structures, including the residence of German Governor Von Puttkamer, and view Mount Cameroon, which reaches a height of 4100 meters. Historically called the “Chariot of the gods” in the 5th century by Carthaginian explorer Hanno, the mountain is surrounded by large plantations at its foot. Visit the University of Buea, which is the only English-speaking university in the region.
Return to Yaoundé, arriving overnight, marking the end of the trip.

Jour 2, samedi :
Petit-déjeuner, puis départ pour la côte ouest, en passant par Bakingili, où vous aurez l’occasion d’observer les vestiges de l’éruption volcanique de 1999. Continuation par Debunscha, réputée pour être la région la plus humide d’Afrique de l’Ouest. Arrivée au port actif d’Idenau pour rencontrer des pêcheurs séchant du poisson.
Retour à l’hôtel pour le déjeuner, puis visite du zoo pour observer la faune préservée, comme les chimpanzés et les gorilles. Ensuite, explorez le jardin botanique, avec ses quelque 1 500 arbres étroitement plantés, un paradis pour l’observation des oiseaux. Au cours de la visite, visitez l’ancien cimetière, puis détendez-vous sur la plage. Dîner et nuit au même hôtel.
* Jour 3, dimanche :
Petit-déjeuner, puis visite du village négrier de Bimbia. Départ pour Buea, chef-lieu de la région du Sud-Ouest du Cameroun, située à 1 100 mètres d'altitude. En chemin, traversez la plantation de thé de Tole. Visitez Buea pour découvrir les structures coloniales, dont la résidence du gouverneur allemand Von Puttkamer, et admirez le mont Cameroun, qui culmine à 4 100 mètres. Surnommé le « Chariot des dieux » au Ve siècle par l'explorateur carthaginois Hannon, ce mont est entouré de vastes plantations à son pied. Visite de l'Université de Buea, seule université anglophone de la région.
Retour à Yaoundé, où vous arriverez pour la nuit, marquant la fin du voyage.
