Malaga walking tour in English
Join us in discovering unusual spots of Malaga. We will not only visit many historical sites, but will learn the Spanish customs and see some of the Spanish style of life. Our approximately three-hour excursion will include: cathedral, main street, the Roman Theatre, Alazaba - Moorish fortress, the birthplace of Picasso... We can also tailor the tour to your preferences: visit the sights, or have a tasting wine testing.
Constitution Square (Plaza de la Constitucion) is the heart of Malaga, where many eras of its history are joined.
Calle Larios is the beloved central street of Malaga where the local population and tourists stroll, shop and people watch.
The Cathedral of Malaga, also known as La Manquita because of its single tower, it was built between 1582 and 1782. It is an enormous structure that contains elements of gothic, baroque and renaissance architecture.
The Roman Theater built during the reign of Augustus Caesar in the 1st century BC and used until the 3rd Century AD will give us a glimpse in the might and beauty of the Roman Empire.
The Alcazaba of Malaga of Spain was built in the 11th century AD during the rule of the Moorish Hammudid Dynasty. It is the best preserved Alcazaba (an Arabic word meaning “citadel”) in Spain and occupies a scenic and prominent point on a hill overlooking the Port of Malaga.

Merced Square (Plaza de la Merced) is one of the main squares of the Malaga city center and is the meeting place and center for many cultural events. It is the birthplace of Picasso and hosts the Museo Casa Natal Picasso Foundation. In the square, you will see the Obelisk dedicated to General Torrijos and the other martyrs of the 1831 uprising against the tyrannical rule of King Ferdinand VII.

Rue Larios : où se trouvent maintenant de nombreux magasins, mais l'histoire de l'apparition de la rue principale est associée aux maladies, au non-paiement des salaires et à la famille la plus puissante de la ville.
Acompáñanos a descubrir rincones insólitos de Málaga. No solo visitaremos muchos lugares históricos, además conocerás las costumbres españolas y el estilo de vida español. La Alcazaba: la fortaleza árabe del siglo XI, que fue tomada por los Reyes Católicos.
Calle Larios: centro neurálgico de nuestra ciudad con comercios y unas historias muy peculiares.
La catedral de Málaga: a la que llamamos "La Manquita". Desciframos juntos el apodo.
La plaza de Constitución: lugar de todas las celebraciones malagueñas, la cual en el pasado sirvió para celebrar las corridas de toros e incluso como cárcel.
Visitaremos alguno de los lugares más típicos para tomar una copita de vino dulce de Málaga.
