GETTING THERE

Our team will pick up guests from their respective hotels in Zanzibar at 05:00 AM. With a one- hour transfer to Karume International Airport, we aim to arrive an hour before the 07:15 AM departure to Mikumi, reaching Mikumi Airstrip by 08:15 AM. Upon disembarking the airplane, our guests will transition to a 4X4 Jeep for the Mikumi Safari Adventure game drive, which runs from 08:30 AM to either 03:30 PM or 04:30 PM.

During this safari, participants will immerse themselves in the natural wonders of Mikumi National Park, observing diverse wildlife such as lions, elephants, zebras, giraffes, antelopes, buffaloes, crocodiles, hippos, baboons, and a variety of birds. The park also showcases different tree species. Following the safari, we return to Mikumi Airstrip and depart by 03:30 / 04:30 back to Zanzibar, reaching Karume International Airport by 05:30. After airport inspections, a car transfer will take guests back to their hotels, with an anticipated arrival time of 07:00 PM.
