Starting Point: Syabrubesi

The trek usually begins with a bus or jeep ride from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi, the starting point of the trek. Syabrubesi is a small village located in the Langtang region.

Trekking Route:

Lama Hotel: The trail passes through dense forests of rhododendron, bamboo, and pine trees, with occasional glimpses of the Langtang River. Lama Hotel is a common resting place on the first day of the trek.

Langtang Village: The trail continues through picturesque landscapes and traditional Tamang villages. Langtang Village is the largest settlement in the area and was significantly affected by the earthquake in 2015.

Kyanjin Gompa: The trek leads to Kyanjin Gompa, where trekkers can explore the ancient Buddhist monastery, enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, and even climb Kenjin-Ri for a more stunning panorama.
