Payment Procedure:

* 80 % Advance on date block & confirmation of services, minimum 03 weeks before commencement of event.

* 20 % balance payable within one week of commencement of the event.

Cancellation Policy:

 06 Working days or less, 100% cancellation charge.

 07 to 10 working days – 50% or the equivalent of the first two days’ charges.

 12 working days or more – no cancellation charges provided no commitment or advances Important Factors:

Personal effects for Warm/Windy/Rainy conditions should be carried by clients. Insect’s repellent, Sunburn lotion etc. Following are recommended for nature trail.
