Welcome to Luxor
Luxor is the place where the history of Egypt began. You will see all its main attractions: Karnak and Luxor temples, the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon.
Karnak Temple - you will see the most significant places of this religious complex and uncover their history. Among them are a sacred lake, a chapel and a magical scarab beetle that fulfills wishes.
Luxor Temple - you will learn which pharaohs created it and to whom it is dedicated. You will also see the famous three-kilometer avenue of sphinxes.
Hatshepsut Temple - you will learn about the only female pharaoh in the history of Ancient Egypt and her contribution to the development of the country.
Valley of the Kings - we will visit the valley where the tombs of the pharaohs are located. You will hear how the tombs were found and see the surviving ones.
Colossi of Memnon - you will appreciate two giant statues weighing seven hundred tons each and learn interesting stories associated with them.
