Cancellation Policy

Bali Sutha Tour Service has a detailed and specific cancellation policy that is important for customers to be aware of:

No Fee: If you cancel your booking at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled departure, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.

10% Fee: If you cancel between 6 and 3 days in advance of the scheduled departure, a 20 percent cancellation fee will be applied to the total booking amount.

50% Fee: If you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled departure, or if you do not show up at the designated meeting point on time, a 50 percent cancellation fee will be charged based on the total booking amount.

• Activity Tickets: Your package includes tickets for a banana boat ride. Other water sports activities are available as optional add-ons at an additional cost.

• Mineral Water: Complimentary mineral water will be provided throughout the tour.

• Transfers: Private airport and hotel transfers are included at the beginning and end of your trip.

Exclusions: What is Not Included

International/Domestic Flights: Airfare to and from your destination is not included in this package.

• Meals and Activities: Any meals, activities, or entrance fees not specifically mentioned in the itinerary are at your own expense.

• Personal Expenses: Costs for personal items such as laundry, souvenirs, phone calls, and other miscellaneous purchases are not covered.

• Optional Fees:

• Overtime Fee: An additional fee of USD 3 per hour will be applied for the driver if the daily tour duration exceeds the standard hours.

• Out-of-Area Surcharge: A surcharge may apply for tours or transfers to destinations outside the standard coverage area.

• Gratuities: Tipping for the driver and guide is not included and is at your discretion.

• Travel Insurance: We highly recommend that you purchase your own comprehensive travel insurance, as it is not included in this package.

Make a Down Payment: After selecting your package, you will be directed to make an initial payment (a down payment).

Inclusions: The remaining balance can be paid upon your arrival in Bali. To finalize the payment, you must show proof of the down payment you have already made.

Inclusions (International Packages): The process is different for international packages. You must contact customer service for detailed information on how to proceed.

Confirm Your Payment: Once you have made the down payment, send a copy of your proof of payment to the customer service line or email.

Room Block Confirmation: Your down payment serves to "block" or reserve the room from the package you have chosen.

Inclusions: You have the option to confirm this room block directly with the customer service of the hotel or property you have selected.(follow the customer service guiding)

Receive Your Vouchers: Upon your arrival in Bali, you will receive all your hotel vouchers and activity tickets.

Inclusions: This will only happen after you have paid the full remaining balance of your package

Booking and Payment Solutions

We offer flexible payment options to secure your tour booking:

Option 1: Full Payment You can choose to pay the full amount for your tour package at the time of booking.

Option 2: Down Payment We also accept an initial down payment to secure your reservation.

For packages that include a hotel stay, a 20% down payment is required in advance. The remaining balance can be paid upon your arrival at the hotel on the first or second day, before your tour activities begin.

For activities without a hotel, such as day tours, a 10% down payment is required. The remaining balance must be paid before the activity starts.
