Dubrovnik by Night, History, Wine & Bites
Experience Dubrovnik after sunset, when the marble streets glow under soft lights and the Old Town regains its intimate, elegant atmosphere.
Part I – 1 Hour Historical Walking Tour
We begin at Pile Gate, entering the medieval city as generations did before us. As we stroll along Stradun and through quiet side streets, you will discover the fascinating story of the Republic of Ragusa — a small but powerful maritime state known for diplomacy, intelligence, and refined governance.
At night, history feels more atmospheric — fewer crowds, softer sounds, and space for deeper storytelling.
Part II – 1 Hour Wine Tasting with Cheese & Prosciutto
After our walk, we settle into a carefully selected local wine bar for a relaxed tasting experience.
You will enjoy:
A selection of quality Croatian wines (typically 2 varieties)
Local cheeses
Dalmatian prosciutto
Introduction to regional wine traditions and grape varieties
During the tasting, we connect history with gastronomy — discussing Dubrovnik’s trade routes, Mediterranean influences, and how wine culture developed along the Dalmatian coast.
The experience is intimate, elegant, and designed for travelers who appreciate both culture and flavor.
