I am Yam Bahadur Gurung and I am a guide, specializing in adventure tourism for trekking and mountaineering practices.

I grew up in Laprak, a remote village in the Gorkha region (Manaslu region). This one, located at the epicenter of the April 25, 2015 earthquake that hit our entire country,

Since 2008 I have led, in the greatest professionalism, a large number of expeditions of different sizes.

I am particularly familiar with the difficulties linked to trekking, whether it is changing the route if the path is not practicable, the precautions to take when climbing to altitude or all types of accommodation to bivouac.

I adapt to all types of requirements and levels of trekking or mountaineering to provide you with a unique and unforgettable experience. Whether it is high altitude trekking or more cultural routes passing through typical villages and visiting beautiful temples, I have a good knowledge of the regions.

No pass is unreachable, if properly prepared and most of them can be reached at beginner level if the acclimatization period and fatigue are properly managed.

Let me take care of everything, from your arrival by plane to your return. I can organize everything: transportation, accommodation, special visits, trekking routes and administrative formalities (permits, right of way etc.). I assure you that I will do my best to make your trek a great success!
