Guida turistica privata in
Vietnam
Dear Clients! My name is Lee. I was born in South Vietnam and graduated from National University in 2011. After completing a 4-year bachelor's degree in Tourism, I became a local tour guide and tour leader for the Indochina countries (Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos). It has been more than 6 years. I love my country and want to share many things with all my clients, including culture, customs, history, landmarks, daily life, cuisine, and regional characteristics. See with me how Vietnam has changed since 1990. I am confident that when you choose me for your trip, you'll not only get the usual packages but also have fun and gain a broad insight into the culture, cuisine, people, and daily life of our people, whether they reside in urban or rural areas. I think I have enough experience to make your trip perfect. I welcome you and your friends and would be happy to serve you as you explore our beautiful country. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any assistance and support while here in Vietnam.

The day started with Lee picking us up from our hotel in a spacious private taxi - the driver (whos name I cannot remember) was also very polite. Lee is extremely attentive and very funny and engaging with excellent English. The car (which was private for just the 2 of us with Lee and the driver) was a Tayota Innova so plenty of space and a very comfortable drive. Bottled water was given to us straight away for the journey.
1st stop was a craft shop that produced art made by the victims of agent orange - some beautiful art and we could not resist buying some.
From here we drove to the Cuchi Tunnels where Lee took us for a personal tour around including spending a little time in the tunnels as well as a tour around the site where Lee gave excellent explanations of everything there whilst maintaining an engaging and funny nature. The tunnels are an excellent site to see and for me are a must see on any visit to Vietnam. How people survived in that network of tunnels I will never know but an incredible feat that must be seen. The tunnels have been made wider (although still quite a tight fit) for the tourists to experience but its the whole surroundings and how they have made it tourist friendly that really works. They also have a shooting range here so fired an AK47 which again was an incredible experience. We watched as groups were breaking off or trying to gather to hear the explanations but being on a private tour we did not feel this as Lee made sure that we experienced the tunnels and surrounding areas to the fullest.
From here we made our way to the Mekong Delta - Lee arranged a private boat with just us on there, where we initially went for Lunch. Lee arranged a lovely lunch at a restaurant that included numerous courses of traditional Vietnamese foods. From here a trip across the canal in a rowed boat that went across a canal that was deeper in and not where the group tours were going. This made the experience nothing short of magical and felt as though we had the canal with all the amazing scenery to ourselves.
From here we took a private horse and cart to the coconut farm where I had my first experience (and last) of snake wine! We chose not to visit the honey farm and instead began the journey back to complete a wonderful day
Lee throughout was an excellent guide and the experience was definitely more enhanced by being a private tour. I cannot recommend the service enough and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit the tunnels and Mekong Delta - doing it privately and with Lee was definitely the right choice so thank you Mr Lee and hope to see you again!
Thanks again Lee - you made my trip memorable and I loved meeting you. I will never forget. Jenny!
