Heba is the best travel planner ever, I've been to many countries including Egypt and this is the first time I find someone who takes extra care of each single detail. Heba kept following up with us before we travel, after arriving, during our stay and even when we flied back home; She is available 24 hours; I'm really amazed when does this woman sleep :D, the cars were so clean with air-condition working, cold water and juice, decent driver who is smiling always to us, professional tour guides. She kept providing us with dose of a useful information, she even kept reminding us to not forget our stuff, I loved her services and definitely recommend her to anyone who is willing to visit Egypt. Heba has been such an amazing support and planner! Clear, honest and welcoming. We planned a private tour in Giza, Saqqara and Gem. Her team was on time and always make us felt welcomed. Mohamed was such an amazing guide. I find exactly what I was looking for. I arranged everything last minute from Italy with Heba. I had several concerns but everything was perfect and she was always in touch with us event in the night. Truly reccomended.
