I’m a happy-go-lucky person who loves sharing my country and culture with visitors. I’m Alexandre, born and raised in Rio de Janeiro - an entrepreneur deeply passionate about my city.
For over 15 years, I’ve been involved in tourism, creating unique and authentic experiences for travelers. I also founded socio-economic projects in the favelas and a local experiences project around Rio, so I’ve been guiding visitors for many years.
I lived in France for 7 years, a country I truly admire. I speak Portuguese and French fluently, and I have intermediate English.
What I enjoy most is connecting visitors with locals, from Rio’s vibrant lifestyle to scenic hiking trails and refreshing waterfalls. I love seeing people have incredible experiences and making new friends along the way. For me, I’m not just a guide. I’ll be your carioca friend in the city.
