We had a great time with Iris during our layover trip in Chengdu. She was incredibly supportive, thoughtful, and attentive throughout the whole journey.
She picked us up at the airport and sent us off at the airport when we left. She helped us find the luggage deposit area, communicated with the staff, and even helped when we ran into an issue at immigration, which made us feel very welcomed.
She prepared water and snacks in the car, and along the way she even bought local snacks for us to try. The itinerary was very well-paced, she brought us to experience many cultural aspects of Chengdu that we wouldn’t have discovered ourselves.
Iris is humorous, knowledgeable, and really knows her way around. She explained the places we visited and made the whole trip feel easy and enjoyable.
