Arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Transfer to Kahama Hotel

Day 2: Nairobi Masai – Mara

Pick up from your hotel/airport early in the morning and drive via the

scenic Great Rift Valley, to the Mara Reserve arriving in good time for

lunch. Afternoon game drive is taken. Dinner and overnight at rhino

tourists camp.

Day 3: Masai Mara

Full day spent exploring the park in search of the Big 5. Optional hot air

Balloon safari can be arranged at an extra cost of US$ 450 per person.

Dinner and overnight at camp . The Masai Mara Game Reserve is

arguably Kenya’s most popular game sanctuary. It is the most famous and

most visited game reserve in Kenya. The film ‘Out of Africa’ was made to a

great extent in this reserve. Virtually every type of wildlife can be seen

at the Mara. A spectacle worth seeing is the annual migration of millions

of wildebeest, zebra and gazelle from Serengeti plains across the Tanzania

border and the Mara River to reach Masai Mara grazing fields from late

June. The dramatic crossing of the river and the preying on the migrants

by predators can be viewed from early July to August. The reserve abounds

with birdlife since dose to about 452 species have been recorded. Hot air

balloon safaris are readily available in this park.

Day 4 : Maasai mara– Lake Nakuru National Park

Depart maasai mara soon after breakfast and proceed south to lake

Nakuru,which is often referred to as the pink lake for it’s great masses

of pink flamingos. Arrive in time for lunch. Afternoon game drives

followedbydinner and overnight stay at citymax hotel in nakuru town

Lake Nakuru’s claim to fame is anchored on its flamingo’s and the over 400

species of birds found here. The lake itself is a soda lake on the floorof

the rift valley. The sight of the at times millions of flamingos isquite

spectacular. From a distance the lake appears ringed in pink. TheLake has

also earned a reputation as an important haven for endangered species-

particularly the Rothschild Giraffe and the black and whiterhino. Lions,

waterbuck, buffalo and baboons are all residents here.

Day5:Nakuru– Lake Naivasha

After breakfast descend down towards the Great Rift Valley. Arrival at

Lake Naivasha will be in time for a delicious lunch at Tapheguest resort or similar. The remainder of the

afternoon will be at your leisure, with the opportunity of going on a

nature walk, hiring a boat to take you the famous Crescent Island, or

simply relaxing by the swimming pool. Dinner and overnight at the hotel

Day6: lake Naivasha – Amboseli National park

After breakfast proceed for lunch at the famous carnivore restaurant,

drive past the scenic Athi Plains and drive to Amboseli via Emali to

reach Amboseli in good time for Dinnerand overnight at Amboseli Aa tented

lodge.

Amboseli Park (at 392 sq km) is the second most popular park in Kenya

after Maasai Mara, mainly due to the spectacular backdrop of Mt.

Kilimanjaro on the southern boundary.

Day 7: Amboseli National park

Today you will spend the full day in Amboseli with early morning and

evening game drives. Whilst in the park, you will have the opportunity to

photograph the animals against the wonderful backdrop of Mount

Kilimanjaro. All meals and overnight will be at your lodge.

Day 8: Amboseli – Nairobi

Soon after breakfast we proceed to Nairobi arriving at 1400 hrs.Drop off

at the airport to connect your flight back home.
