The Vatican City: Sistine Chapel and Saint Peter's Basilica

Despite being the smallest country in the world, the Vatican contains one of the largest collections of art in the world: The Vatican museums. Let me take you through its galeries, hallways and rooms (more than 2000!!) so that I can show you the Sistine Chapel that we'll find inside. This tour is a full immersion in Italian Renaissance and the protagonists will be of course Michelangelo and Raphael, the undeniable masters of that time. Right after, we will visit the heart of the catholic church: Saint Peter's basilica. You'll be impressed to visit the largest church in the world where the Pope says the most important masses surrounded by some of the most beautiful works of art in the world like Michelangelo's statue of the Virgin Mary "The Pietà".
