The next step is to build your travel itinerary to discover the wonders of the destination. While some are still road map enthusiasts, I have a selection of websites that will help make travel less tedious and more fun. If you don't know where to go, I advise you to read: How to choose your destination? Obviously, we cannot talk about cartography without mentioning the essentials of Google Maps. In addition to offering you the best route to get to your destination, it offers other services such as Google Street View to allow you to visualize your place of arrival, Google addresses that indicate places of interest near your place of arrival or voice recognition (for the moment limited to the American site and Google v11 and Chrome browsers). A place does not appear on the map? A road that no longer exists? For clarity, Google Maps now allows you to fix existing maps using Google Maps Maker. Google Street View soon in competition in France by iTowns. Created by the National Geographic Institute, this mapping service is more precise than its American counterpart thanks to a car equipped with 10 HD cameras.
