Next day we are in the city of Shegar (Xegar, 4200m). We arrange a day of rest in Shegara to acclimatize, and the next day we move to Everest Base Camp (BC, 5200m).

Day 4: Kathmandu-Lhasa Fly (3400m).
Day 5: Lhasa. Excursions to the monasteries
and to the palace of the Dalai Lama - Potala
Day 6: Transfer to Shigatse (3900m)
Day 7: Transfer to Shegar (4200m).
Day 8: Day of rest in Shegara, with the
purpose of acclimatization.
Day 9: Transfer to Everest Base Camp (5200m).
Day 10-12: At the Base Camp, acclimatization.
Day 13: Transfer to the intermediate camp (6000m).
Day 14: Climb to the Advanced Base Camp (ABC, 6500m).
Day 15-54: The period of completion of acclimatization and ascent of Everest.
Day 55: Descent from ABC to Base Camp.
