This 10-day safari adventure takes you deep into the heart of Kenya’s most iconic national parks and lakes. From the red-dusted plains of Tsavo East to the legendary herds of Amboseli framed by Mount Kilimanjaro, and from the flamingo-lined shores of Lake Nakuru to the wildlife-rich Masai Mara, this journey offers a breathtaking variety of landscapes, wildlife, and unforgettable moments. Whether you're a first-time visitor or returning to explore more of Kenya’s wonders, this itinerary blends comfort, culture, and discovery in one unforgettable trip. All game drives are done in a 4x4 Land Cruiser Jeep organized by Jossec Safaris, ensuring safety, comfort, and the best viewing experiences.
Day 1 – Arrival in Nairobi
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in the evening, you'll be warmly welcomed by the Jossec Safaris team. From here, you’ll be transferred to your hotel in the city to relax and recover from your journey. Our team will give you a safari briefing the following morning before your adventure begins.

Day 2 – Nairobi to Tsavo East National Park
After an early breakfast, depart for Tsavo East National Park, a vast wilderness famous for its red elephants and the picturesque Aruba Dam. You'll arrive in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive across the open plains dotted with wildlife such as lions, giraffes, buffaloes, and ostriches.

Day 3 – Tsavo East to Amboseli National Park
Enjoy a final early game drive in Tsavo East before departing for Amboseli, one of Kenya’s most beloved parks. Set at the base of Mount Kilimanjaro, this park is known for its photogenic elephant herds and stunning views of the snow-capped peak. You’ll arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and take an evening drive in search of big cats and grazing herds.

Day 4 – Full Day in Amboseli
Spend a full day exploring Amboseli’s dramatic landscapes. Morning and afternoon game drives give you the best chance of spotting elephants, lions, cheetahs, zebras, and abundant birdlife. Between game drives, you can relax at the lodge while enjoying panoramic views of Kilimanjaro.

Day 5 – Amboseli to Lake Naivasha
After breakfast, depart Amboseli and travel north through Nairobi to the serene shores of Lake Naivasha. This freshwater lake is rich in hippos and birdlife and offers optional boat rides or guided walks at Crescent Island. Arrive in the afternoon and unwind by the lakeside.

Day 6 – Naivasha to Lake Nakuru National Park
In the morning, you’ll head to Lake Nakuru National Park, one of the best places to see both white and black rhinos. An afternoon game drive will take you along the lake’s shores where flamingos gather, and through acacia woodlands where leopards and tree-climbing lions might surprise you.

Day 7 – Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara
After breakfast, continue your journey west toward the world-famous Masai Mara. You’ll arrive at your camp in time for lunch, then head out on your first Mara game drive in the afternoon. The reserve is teeming with wildlife including elephants, lions, zebras, and wildebeests.

Day 8 – Full Day in Masai Mara
A full day of game drives awaits as you explore the Mara’s vast grasslands and acacia-dotted landscapes. Visit the Mara River to watch hippos and crocodiles, and if you're lucky, witness a crossing during the Great Migration season.

Day 9 – Another Day in Masai Mara
Enjoy one more day in this wildlife paradise with both morning and afternoon game drives. Explore new corners of the park and keep your eyes open for elusive leopards and cheetahs. This is a great day to add a hot air balloon safari at sunrise for a bird’s-eye view of the plains.

Day 10 – Masai Mara to Nairobi
After a leisurely breakfast, you’ll check out and depart for Nairobi, enjoying scenic views along the way. On arrival, our team will drop you off at your hotel or airport for your onward travel. This marks the end of your unforgettable safari with Jossec Safaris.
