Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara National Reserve

Depart Nairobi and travel via Narok to the world-renowned Masai Mara. Enjoy lunch upon arrival at your tented lodge, Mara Base Camp, then head out for an afternoon game drive. Keep an eye out for lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and rhinos among the endless savannahs teeming with wildlife.

Day 2: Full-Day Game Drive in Masai Mara

Spend the day on a full safari in the Mara. Witness dramatic predator-prey interactions and possibly catch a glimpse of a leopard or cheetah on the hunt.

Optional: Hot air balloon safari with champagne breakfast or a cultural visit to a traditional Maasai Manyatta.

Day 3: Masai Mara – More Safari Adventures

Another full day in the Mara offers even more opportunities to explore new areas and track wildlife activity across different zones of the reserve.

Optional: Balloon Safari or Maasai cultural tour.

Day 4: Masai Mara – Serengeti National Park (via Isebania border)

After breakfast, journey into Tanzania via the Isebania border. Following immigration procedures, continue to the Northern Serengeti, home to large herds and predators.

Day 5: Full-Day Game Drive – Serengeti National Park

Spend the day exploring the vast plains of the Serengeti. This iconic park is home to the black-maned lions, cheetahs, hyenas, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and over 500 bird species.

Day 6: Another Day in the Serengeti

Enjoy another immersive safari day in the Serengeti. With its varied ecosystems, this park offers endless discovery and photo opportunities.

Day 7: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater Tour

Depart for Ngorongoro after breakfast, stopping at the historic Olduvai Gorge en route. Later, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a thrilling game drive. The crater's rich biodiversity includes flamingos, lions, and elusive black rhinos.

Overnight: The Retreat at Ngorongoro | Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 8: Ngorongoro – Arusha / Departure

Enjoy an early morning game drive followed by breakfast. Transfer to Arusha for lunch, then proceed to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight to the next destination or get on board the Shuttle bus to Nairobi's JKIA for your onward journey home.
