8-Day Kenya Safari Adventure: Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Naivasha, Amboseli
Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara National Reserve
Your adventure begins with an early pickup (7:00 AM) from your Nairobi hotel. Drive through the breathtaking Great Rift Valley, stopping for photos at the iconic viewpoint before heading to Narok Town. Arrive at your Masai Mara lodge in time for lunch and settle in.
In the afternoon, head out for your first game drive in the world-renowned Masai Mara, home to lions, elephants, cheetahs, buffalo, and abundant wildlife. Enjoy the sweeping plains, vibrant bird-life, and a glimpse into the traditions of the Maasai people.

Day 2: Full Day in Masai Mara National Reserve
Spend a full day on game drives across the Masai Mara’s rolling hills and grassy plains, searching for the Big Five and other wildlife. Head to the Mara River to witness where the famous wildebeest and zebra migrations take place each year.
Optional: Experience a sunrise Hot Air Balloon Safari over the Mara (USD 450 per person) for unforgettable aerial views.

Day 3: Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru National Park
After an early breakfast, depart for Lake Nakuru, enjoying a scenic drive with lunch en route. In the afternoon, explore Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its pink flamingos, rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, and rich bird-life. Keep an eye out for lions, leopards, and water-bucks.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Lake Bogoria – Lake Naivasha
After breakfast, drive to Lake Bogoria to witness its stunning hot springs and massive flocks of flamingos. Later, continue to Lake Naivasha, arriving in time for dinner at Crater Lake Camp.

Day 5: Mount Longonot Hike & Lake Naivasha Exploration
After breakfast, embark on a nature hike up Mount Longonot, an extinct volcano offering panoramic views of the Great Rift Valley and Lake Naivasha. Wildlife encounters may include zebras, giraffes, and buffaloes along the trail.
Return to Lake Naivasha for a relaxing afternoon. Optional activities include a boat ride on Lake Naivasha or nature walks along the lake-shore.

Day 6: Hell’s Gate & Transfer to Amboseli National Park
After breakfast, explore Hell’s Gate National Park on a cycling or walking safari through its dramatic gorges and geothermal landscapes, including the Devil’s Bedroom.
After lunch en route, continue your journey to Amboseli National Park, arriving in the evening with views of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Day 7: Full Day in Amboseli National Park
Spend your day exploring Amboseli, famous for its large herds of elephants and breathtaking views of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro. Enjoy morning and evening game drives with opportunities to see zebras, giraffes, buffalo, hippos, and predators like lions and cheetahs.
Midday at leisure for photography or relaxation.
Overnight: Amboseli AA Lodge

Day 8: Amboseli – Nairobi Departure
Enjoy a final early morning game drive, then return to your lodge for breakfast. Later, depart Amboseli for Nairobi, arriving in the late afternoon. Drop-off at your hotel or the airport for your evening departure (recommended flight time 7:00 PM On-wards).
