Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in the Wild West
Your trip starts with a 50-minute flight. Take a domestic flight to Nepalgunj (about 1 hour), which offers a scenic view of Nepal's diverse landscapes. This city is the door to West Nepal. Our staff will meet you there. Then, a 2-3 hour drive to your lodge. It is at the park's edge. You will hear about the park activities. Spend the night hearing jungle sounds.
Day 2: Tiger Trip
Today, find the king of the jungle. Eat an early breakfast. Get in a 4x4 car. This is for an all-day jeep trip. Your guide knows animals well. They will look for tracks. Go deep into park areas. Seeing a tiger is not certain. But this ride gives the best chance. Look for other animals. You might see leopards, elephants, and deer.
Day 3: Walk with Rhinos
Finding animals by foot is exciting. Two guides will be with you for safety. You will walk in the jungle in the morning. Focus on grass areas and river woods. Rhinos like these spots. Learning tracks and calls is fun. In the afternoon, visit a tower. It looks over a river or water hole. This is a calm way to see wildlife.
Day 4: Culture and Water Animals
See Bardiya's people today. Take a morning tour of a Tharu village. See their mud and reed homes. Learn how they live with nature. They have done this for ages. In the afternoon, a calm canoe trip. It is on the Karnali River. See marsh crocodiles. Spot gharial crocodiles on banks. Maybe see the rare Gangetic dolphin.
Day 5: Final Departure
Eat the last breakfast. You will go back to Nepalgunj Airport. Fly back to Kathmandu. You will have great memories.
