I was born in Romania during the country's revolution in the 90s, a time of great change and upheaval. My family moved to Germany in 2000, settling in the picturesque town of Berchtesgaden, nestled in the heart of the German Alps. It was here that I spent my formative years, surrounded by stunning scenery and a bustling tourist industry.

After graduating from school with a degree in finance, I realized that my true passion lay in serving others. So, I embarked on a dual internship in hospitality management with the Intercontinental Hotels Group, one of the largest hotel chains in the world. For three years, I honed my skills and learned the ins and outs of the industry, eventually becoming a tourist industry expert.

At the age of 27, I knew it was time for a change. So, I sold all my belongings and bought a one-way ticket to see the world. Over the course of a year, I visited 12 countries, experiencing new cultures and making unforgettable memories.

But I wasn't content with the western privileges and the comforts of home. So, I sold everything once again and purchased another one-way ticket to a place I'd never heard of before - Lebanon. Against all advice and warnings, I took the leap, and it changed my life forever.

And now I’m here, 6 years later and want to spread hope to the Lebanese people and share my experiences with you! In hope you will do the same!

From the moment I stepped foot in Lebanon, I knew I had found my new home. The warmth of the people, the stunning landscapes, and the rich history and culture captivated me. I spent two years there, witnessing the some country's evolution while falling in love with its many charms.

I also saw the challenges that Lebanon faces - from political turmoil to economic hardship.

Realizing it’s potential and that this amazing country deserved more recognition and attention from the rest of the world. That's when I decided to create Offline Luxuries, a new way of traveling that allows people to disconnect and reconnect while exploring the middle east.

My goal is to share with the world the unknown beauty and richness of Lebanon and supporting travelers experience In a unique, trustful,

human and meaningful way.
