In my role as a Tourism Professional, I was responsible for planning and organizing trips for individual clients and groups. This included flights, hotels, ground transportation and tourist activities. My focus on customer service allowed me to understand each client's unique needs and customize their itineraries according to their preferences and budget.

My knowledge of national and international destinations has allowed me to advise clients on the best places to visit, cultural events to attend and culinary experiences to enjoy. In addition, I have developed solid relationships with travel agencies, which has helped me guarantee a solid experience in my work, such as the companies Contiki, Kaypi, Enigma, among others.
