The Grand Canyon Adventure
Today's tour is an impressive combination of ancient history, wildlife and nature. As well it is a great opportunity to experience your hiking skills.
We first have a visit to 17th century Nizwa Fort and the famous silver, pottery, spices and Omani sweets markets.
Second part of our trip will be Jebel Shams, the highest mountain in Oman. Local people call it Sun mountain as you can watch a beautiful sunrise and sunset from the top. Its soaring peaks, deep ravines and geological features are unforgettabel images.
But today we are going to take an adventurous hiking inside of the Grand Canyon and look at the abandoned village over the huge cave at the end of the trek.
The hiking itself will take about 4-5 hours. So please make sure that you are fit enough phisically.
