The artificial lake was built in 1955 from some volunteers that have an area of 450 000 m2 whereas the whole park is 1 569 337 m2. This area has a rich biodiversity of about 32,998 trees and shrubs, as well as many species of aquatic and aquatic species.
The park offers for all age groups the opportunity to have an excellent time for all age groups as there is a children’s playground, a sports runway, a bicycle riding, cafes, and restaurants. Apart from enjoying nature and tranquility, the park offers cultural, religious and historical objects, including the Amphitheater, the church and the memorials of the brothers Frasheri and the one of Faik Konica.
