Arrival of your flight. Transfer to your hotel in La Somone. Dinner on your own (not included) and overnight at Hotel Africa Queen or similar.
DAY 02: LA SOMONE - DIASS AIRPORT - ZIGUINCHOR AIRPORT - ZIGUINCHOR
Breakfast on board. Transfer to Diass airport for your flight to Ziguinchor (schedule to be determined according to availability). At Ziguinchor airport, a transfer will take you to your Casa Motel or similar hotel. Tour of Ziguinchor, an ancient colonial town and small capital founded in 1645 by the Portuguese and later taken over by the French. Visit the historic center with its Saint-Antoine-de-Padoue cathedral, and the Saint-Maur-des-Fossés market. Dinner in a Ziguinchor restaurant and overnight at Hotel Flamboyant or similar.
DAY 03: ZIGUINCHOR - DJILAPAO - AFFINIAM - ZIGUINCHOR
Breakfast on board. Board a pirogue for a trip up the mangrove-fringed bolongs. You'll cruise along the marshes of Bird Island, home to many migratory birds: flamingos, storks, pelicans, egrets, herons, snake birds... We continue to Djilapao Island, with its curious two-storey artists' house nestled among the mangroves. Arrival at Affiniam, one of the region's most beautiful villages, renowned for its palm wine harvests and rice crops. Visit the impluvium hut and enjoy a local lunch in the village. Return to Ziguinchor in the late afternoon. Stroll through the exotic Djibelor garden, renowned for its many fruit tree plantations. Return to Ziguinchor. Dinner and overnight at the Hotel Flamboyant or similar .
DAY 04: ZIGUINCHOR - ENAMPORE - ILE ELOUBALINE - OUSSOUYE
Breakfast and departure via a beautiful road dotted with coconut groves and rice fields, where children often bathe, to the village of Enampore. Visit the impluvium huts, whose open funnel-shaped roofs light the main room and collect water. You will then board a pirogue to reach Eloubaline Island for a truly authentic and human experience. This island was discovered by a fisherman, Mr. DJITADIA, who was looking for a place to settle his tribe during the tribal wars. He was looking for a secluded spot where the inhabitants could live in peace. He settled there with his family. Later, other families arrived from neighboring Casamance villages (Mlomp, Oussouye). Three large, predominantly animist families live here. Today, Eloubaline is home to over 600 inhabitants living in 42 traditional huts (houses), including 6 impluvium (water catchment) huts. 90% of the population is animist. Lunch on the island. Continuation to Oussouye. Check-in at the Oussouye village camp. Dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 05: OUSSOUYE - EGUEYE ISLAND
Breakfast, then off to cross rice fields, bush, forest and palm groves by mountain bike to reach the village of Siganar and its many districts. We then continue on to the village of Niambalang, where we visit an Impluvium hut. Return to Oussouye either through the bush and rice fields or by road. Lunch. Then off to the village of Diakène Ouolof to take the pirogue to Egueye Island for a magical moment in one of the region's wildest and most secret spots. Walk around the island. Settling into camp on Egueye Island. Entertainment with traditional women's dances. Dinner and overnight at Egueye village camp.
DAY 06: EGUEYE ISLAND - CARABANE
Breakfast on board. Free morning: Kayak or paddle. Lunch on board. Departure by pirogue for Carabane Island. The island of Carabane was a major trading center under French rule, and still retains many vestiges: large colonial houses and a Breton church next to the colonial cemetery. Check-in at the island's former mission, now converted into a hotel (Hotel Carabane). Dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 07: CARABANE - KATAKALOUSSE - DIEMBERING
Breakfast on board. Departure by pirogue for Katakalousse. Transfer to Diembering. Check-in at your hotel. Lunch at your hotel. Afternoon at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Assep camp.
DAY 08: DIEMBERING - BOUYOUYE - BOUCOTTE - KABROUSSE - CAP SKIRRING - DIEMBERING
Breakfast. During the day, visit Bouyouye and its houses built under the cheese trees, Boucotte and its open-air museum of Diola cultures and fetishes, Kabrousse: village of Alioune Sittoe Diatta's queen... Lunch at Cap Skirring. Stroll through the village. Return to Diembering. Dinner and overnight at the Assep camp
DAY 09: DIEMBERING - KAOLACK - SALY
Breakfast. Free morning Lunch en route. Visit to the village of Sénoba. Customs formalities at the border. Continuation to Kaolack via the Farafégni bridge. Lunch at the Relais de Kaolack. Transfer to Nianing. Dinner and overnight at the Couleur Passion house or similar.

Frühstück an Bord. Transfer zum Flughafen Diass für Ihren Flug nach Ziguinchor (Flugplan wird je nach Verfügbarkeit festgelegt). Am Flughafen Ziguinchor bringt Sie ein Transfer zu Ihrem Casa Motel oder einem ähnlichen Hotel. Besichtigung von Ziguinchor, einer alten Kolonialstadt und kleinen Hauptstadt, die 1645 von den Portugiesen gegründet und später von den Franzosen übernommen wurde. Besichtigung des historischen Zentrums mit der Kathedrale Saint-Antoine-de-Padoue und dem Markt von Saint-Maur-des-Fossés. Abendessen in einem Restaurant in Ziguinchor und Übernachtung im Hotel Flamboyant oder ähnlichem.
TAG 03: ZIGUINCHOR - DJILAPAO - AFFINIAM - ZIGUINCHOR
Frühstück an Bord. Besteigen Sie eine Piroge für eine Fahrt auf den von Mangroven gesäumten Bolongs. Sie fahren entlang der Sümpfe von Bird Island, wo viele Zugvögel zu Hause sind: Flamingos, Störche, Pelikane, Reiher, Schlangenvögel... Weiter geht es zur Insel Djilapao mit ihrem kuriosen zweistöckigen Künstlerhaus inmitten der Mangroven. Ankunft in Affiniam, einem der schönsten Dörfer der Region, das für seine Palmwein- und Reisernte bekannt ist. Besuchen Sie die Impluvium-Hütte und genießen Sie ein lokales Mittagessen im Dorf. Rückkehr nach Ziguinchor am späten Nachmittag. Schlendern Sie durch den exotischen Garten von Djibelor, der für seine zahlreichen Obstbaumplantagen bekannt ist. Rückkehr nach Ziguinchor. Abendessen und Übernachtung im Hotel Flamboyant oder ähnlichem.
TAG 04: ZIGUINCHOR - ENAMPORE - ILE ELOUBALINE - OUSSOUYE
Frühstück und Abfahrt über eine schöne Straße mit Kokosnusshainen und Reisfeldern, in denen Kinder oft baden, zum Dorf Enampore. Besuchen Sie die Impluvium-Hütten, deren offene trichterförmige Dächer den Hauptraum beleuchten und Wasser sammeln. Anschließend gehen Sie an Bord einer Piroge, um die Insel Eloubaline zu erreichen, wo Sie eine wirklich authentische und menschliche Erfahrung machen. Diese Insel wurde von einem Fischer, Herrn DJITADIA, entdeckt, der während der Stammeskriege nach einem Ort für die Ansiedlung seines Stammes suchte. Er suchte nach einem abgelegenen Ort, an dem die Einwohner in Frieden leben konnten. Er ließ sich mit seiner Familie dort nieder. Später kamen weitere Familien aus den benachbarten Dörfern der Casamance (Mlomp, Oussouye) hinzu. Heute leben hier drei große, überwiegend animistische Familien. Heute leben in Eloubaline über 600 Einwohner in 42 traditionellen Hütten (Häusern), darunter 6 Impluvium-Hütten (Wasserauffangbecken). 90 % der Bevölkerung sind Animisten. Mittagessen auf der Insel. Weiterfahrt nach Oussouye. Einchecken im Oussouye-Dorfcamp. Abendessen und Übernachtung.
TAG 05: OUSSOUYE - EGUEYE-INSEL
Nach dem Frühstück geht es mit dem Mountainbike durch Reisfelder, Busch, Wald und Palmenhaine bis zum Dorf Siganar und seinen zahlreichen Ortsteilen. Anschließend geht es weiter zum Dorf Niambalang, wo wir eine Impluvium-Hütte besichtigen. Rückkehr nach Oussouye entweder durch den Busch und die Reisfelder oder auf der Straße. Mittagessen. Danach geht es zum Dorf Diakène Ouolof, um mit der Piroge zur Insel Egueye zu fahren und einen magischen Moment an einem der wildesten und geheimsten Orte der Region zu erleben. Spaziergang um die Insel. Einrichten des Lagers auf der Insel Egueye. Unterhaltung mit traditionellen Tänzen der Frauen. Abendessen und Übernachtung im Egueye-Dorfcamp.
TAG 06: EGUEYE-INSEL - CARABANE
Frühstück an Bord. Freier Vormittag: Kajak oder Paddeln. Mittagessen an Bord. Abfahrt mit der Piroge zur Insel Carabane. Die Insel Carabane war unter französischer Herrschaft ein wichtiges Handelszentrum, von dem noch viele Spuren erhalten sind: große Kolonialhäuser und eine bretonische Kirche neben dem Kolonialfriedhof. Einchecken in der ehemaligen Mission der Insel, die heute in ein Hotel (Hotel Carabane) umgewandelt wurde. Abendessen und Übernachtung.
TAG 07: CARABANE - KATAKALOUSSE - DIEMBERING
Frühstück an Bord. Abfahrt mit der Piroge nach Katakalousse. Transfer nach Diembering. Einchecken in Ihrem Hotel. Mittagessen in Ihrem Hotel. Nachmittag zur freien Verfügung. Abendessen und Übernachtung im Assep-Camp.
TAG 08: DIEMBERING - BOUYOUYE - BOUCOTTE - KABROUSSE - CAP SKIRRING - DIEMBERING
Frühstück. Im Laufe des Tages besichtigen Sie Bouyouye und seine unter den Käsebäumen gebauten Häuser, Boucotte und sein Freilichtmuseum der Diola-Kulturen und -Fetische, Kabrousse: Dorf von Alioune Sittoe, der Königin der Diatta... Mittagessen in Cap Skirring. Bummel durch das Dorf. Rückkehr nach Diembering. Abendessen und Übernachtung im Assep-Camp
TAG 09: DIEMBERING - KAOLACK - SALY
Frühstück. Freies Mittagessen unterwegs. Besuch des Dorfes Sénoba. Erledigung der Zollformalitäten an der Grenze. Weiterfahrt nach Kaolack über die Farafégni-Brücke. Mittagessen im Relais de Kaolack. Weiterfahrt nach Nianing. Abendessen und Übernachtung im Haus Couleur Passion oder ähnlichem.
TAG 10: SALY - FLUGHAFEN
Freier Vormittag. Vormittag zur freien Verfügung. Mittagessen zur freien Verfügung (nicht inbegriffen). Transfer zum Flughafen (je nach Flugzeit).

JOUR 02: LA SOMONE - AEROPORT DE DIASS – AEROPORT DE ZIGUINCHOR – ZIGUINCHOR
Petit déjeuner. Transfert vers l’aéroport de Diass pour votre vol en direction de Ziguinchor (horaire à déterminer en fonction des disponibilités). A l’aéroport de Ziguinchor, un transfert vous amènera jusqu’à votre hôtel Casa Motel ou similaire. Déjeuner libre (non inclus).Tour de Ziguinchor, ancienne ville coloniale, petite capitale fondée en 1645 par les Portugais puis reprise par les Français. Visite du centre historique avec sa cathédrale Saint-Antoine-de-Padoue, du marché de Saint-Maur-des-Fossés. Dîner dans un restaurant de Ziguinchor et nuit à l’hôtel Flamboyant ou similaire.
JOUR 03 : ZIGUINCHOR – DJILAPAO - AFFINIAM - ZIGUINCHOR
Petit-déjeuner. Embarquement dans une pirogue pour remonter les bolongs bordés de palétuviers. Vous longerez les marigots de l’île aux oiseaux, refuge de nombreux oiseaux migrateurs : flamand, cigogne, pélicans, aigrettes, hérons, oiseaux serpent… Nous continuons la navigation jusqu’à l’île de Djilapao, avec sa curieuse case à étage, maison des artistes, niché au milieu des palétuviers. Arrivée à Affiniam, un des plus beaux villages de la région, réputé pour les récoltes de vin de palme et les cultures rizicoles. Visite de la case à impluvium et déjeuner local au village. Retour vers Ziguinchor en fin d’après-midi. Promenade dans le jardin exotique de Djibelor renommé pour ses nombreuses plantations d'arbres fruitiers. Retour à Ziguinchor. Diner et nuit à l’hôtel Flamboyant ou similaire. .
JOUR 04 : ZIGUINCHOR – ENAMPORE – ILE ELOUBALINE- OUSSOUYE
Petit-déjeuner et départ via une belle route ponctuée de cocoteraies et de rizières où se baignent souvent les enfants jusqu'au village d'Enampore. Visite des cases à impluvium dont le toit construit en entonnoir ouvert éclaire la pièce principale et récolte l'eau. Puis vous embarquerez à bord d’une pirogue pour rejoindre l’île d’Eloubaline pour une belle expérience authentique et humaine. Cette île a été découverte par un pêcheur M. DJITADIA qui cherchait un endroit pour implanter sa tribu durant les guerres tribales. Un lieu retiré de tout et où les habitants pouvaient vivre en paix. Il s’y installa avec sa famille. Plus tard d’autres familles arrivèrent des villages voisins de Casamance (Mlomp, Oussouye). Trois grandes familles à majorité animistes habitent ici. Actuellement Eloubaline compte plus de 600 habitants répartis dans 42 cases traditionnelles (maisons) dont 6 cases en impluvium (qui captent les eaux). 90% de la population se reconnaît dans l’animisme. Déjeuner sur l’île. Continuation en direction d’Oussouye. Installation au campement villageois d’Oussouye. Dîner et nuit.
JOUR 05 : OUSSOUYE – ILE D’EGUEYE
Petit déjeuner puis départ pour la traversée de rizières, brousse, forêt, palmeraie en VTT pour arriver au village de Siganar et ses nombreux quartiers. Nous continuons ensuite en direction du village de Niambalang où nous visitons une case à Impluvium. Retour sur Oussouye soit par la brousse et les rizières soit par la route. Déjeuner. Puis en route pour le village de Diakène Ouolof pour prendre la pirogue en direction de l’île d’Egueye pour passer un moment magique dans l’un des coins les plus secrets et sauvages de la région. Randonnée sur l’île. Installation au campement de l’île d’Egueye. Animation de danses traditionnelles de femmes. Dîner et nuit au campement villageois d’Egueye.
JOUR 06 : ILE D’EGUEYE – CARABANE
Petit déjeuner. Matinée libre : Possibilité de faire du Kayak ou du paddle. Déjeuner. Puis départ en pirogue pour l’île de Carabane. L’île de Carabane fut un grand pôle commercial sous la domination française, et tient jusqu’à présent de nombreux vestiges : des grandes maisons coloniales et une église bretonne à côté du cimetière colonial. Installation à l’ancienne mission de l’île transformée en hôtel (Hotel Carabane). Dîner et nuit.
JOUR 07 : CARABANE – KATAKALOUSSE – DIEMBERING
Petit déjeuner. Départ en pirogue pour Katakalousse. Et transfert vers Diembering. Installation dans votre hôtel. Déjeuner. Après-midi libre. Dîner et nuit au campement Assep.
JOUR 08 : DIEMBERING – BOUYOUYE – BOUCOTTE – KABROUSSE – CAP SKIRRING – DIEMBERING
Petit-déjeuner. Sur la journée, visite de Bouyouye et de ses maisons construites sous les fromagers, Boucotte et son musée à ciel ouvert sur les cultures diolas et les fétiches, de Kabrousse : village de la reine d’Alioune Sittoe Diatta… Déjeuner à Cap Skirring. Balade dans le village. Retour à Diembering. Dîner et nuit au campement Assep..
JOUR 09 : DIEMBERING – KAOLACK – SALY
Petit-déjeuner. Matinée libre Déjeuner en cours de route. Visite du village de Sénoba. Formalité douanière à la frontière. Continuation vers Kaolack en passant par le pont de Farafégni. Déjeuner au Relais de Kaolack. Transfert vers Saly. Diner et nuit à la maison Couleur Passion ou similaire.
JOUR 10 : SALY – AEROPORT
Petit déjeuner. Matinée libre. Déjeuner libre (non inclus). Et transfert vers l’aéroport en fonction de l’heure de votre vol.

Prima colazione in hotel. Trasferimento all'aeroporto di Diass per il volo per Ziguinchor (orario da definire in base alla disponibilità). All'aeroporto di Ziguinchor, un trasferimento vi condurrà alla vostra Casa Motel o a un hotel simile. Visita di Ziguinchor, ex città coloniale e piccola capitale fondata nel 1645 dai portoghesi e successivamente conquistata dai francesi. Visitate il centro storico con la cattedrale di Saint-Antoine-de-Padoue e il mercato di Saint-Maur-des-Fossés. Cena in un ristorante di Ziguinchor e pernottamento all'Hotel Flamboyant o similare.
03 GIORNO: ZIGUINCHOR - DJILAPAO - AFFINIAM - ZIGUINCHOR
Prima colazione in hotel. Salite a bordo di una piroga per risalire i bolonghi fiancheggiati da mangrovie. Passerete davanti alle paludi di Bird Island, dove vivono molti uccelli migratori: fenicotteri, cicogne, pellicani, garzette, aironi, uccelli serpente, ecc. Continuiamo il nostro viaggio verso l'isola di Djilapao, con la sua curiosa capanna a due piani, la casa degli artisti, immersa tra le mangrovie. Arrivo ad Affiniam, uno dei villaggi più belli della regione, rinomato per i suoi raccolti di vino di palma e per le coltivazioni di riso. Visita della capanna dell'impluvio e pranzo locale nel villaggio. Ritorno a Ziguinchor nel tardo pomeriggio. Passeggiata nel giardino esotico di Djibelor, rinomato per le sue numerose piantagioni di alberi da frutto. Ritorno a Ziguinchor. Cena e pernottamento all'Hotel Flamboyant o similare.
GIORNO 04: ZIGUINCHOR - ENAMPORE - ILE ELOUBALINE - OUSSOUYE
Prima colazione e partenza per il villaggio di Enampore attraverso una bella strada costellata di palme da cocco e risaie dove i bambini fanno spesso il bagno. Visita alle capanne di impluvium, i cui tetti aperti a forma di imbuto illuminano la stanza principale e raccolgono l'acqua. Si salirà poi a bordo di una piroga per raggiungere l'isola di Eloubaline, per un'esperienza davvero autentica e umana. Quest'isola è stata scoperta da un pescatore, il signor DJITADIA, che cercava un luogo dove insediare la sua tribù durante le guerre tribali. Cercava un luogo appartato dove gli abitanti potessero vivere in pace. Si stabilì lì con la sua famiglia. In seguito arrivarono altre famiglie dai villaggi vicini della Casamance (Mlomp, Oussouye). Qui vivono tre famiglie numerose, per lo più animiste. Attualmente Eloubaline conta più di 600 abitanti che vivono in 42 capanne (case) tradizionali, tra cui 6 capanne di impluvium (captazione dell'acqua). Il 90% della popolazione è animista. Pranzo sull'isola. Proseguimento per Oussouye. Check-in al campo del villaggio di Oussouye. Cena e pernottamento.
GIORNO 05: OUSSOUYE - ISOLA DI EGUEYE
Prima colazione e partenza per l'attraversamento di risaie, boscaglia, foresta e palmeti in mountain bike per raggiungere il villaggio di Siganar e i suoi numerosi quartieri. Si prosegue poi per il villaggio di Niambalang, dove si visita una capanna dell'Impluvium. Ritorno a Oussouye attraverso la boscaglia e le risaie o su strada. Pranzo lungo la strada. Proseguimento per il villaggio di Diakène Ouolof per raggiungere in piroga l'isola di Egueye per un momento magico in uno dei luoghi più segreti e selvaggi della regione. Passeggiata intorno all'isola. Sistemazione del campo sull'isola di Egueye. Intrattenimento con danze tradizionali femminili. Cena e pernottamento al campo del villaggio di Egueye.
GIORNO 06: ISOLA DI EGUEYE - CARABANE
Prima colazione al campeggio. Mattinata libera: possibilità di fare kayak o paddle boarding. Pranzo a bordo. Partenza in piroga per l'isola di Carabane. L'isola di Carabane era un importante centro commerciale sotto la dominazione francese e conserva ancora molte vestigia: grandi case coloniali e una chiesa bretone accanto al cimitero coloniale. Check-in presso l'antica missione dell'isola, oggi trasformata in hotel (Hotel Carabane). Cena e pernottamento.
GIORNO 07: CARABANE - KATAKALOUSSE - DIEMBERING
Prima colazione in hotel. Partenza in piroga per Katakalousse. Trasferimento a Diembering. Check-in in hotel. Pranzo in hotel. Pomeriggio a disposizione. Cena e pernottamento al campo Assep.
GIORNO 08: DIEMBERING - BOUYOUYE - BOUCOTTE - KABROUSSE - CAP SKIRRING - DIEMBERING
Prima colazione. Durante la giornata, visita di Bouyouye e delle sue case costruite sotto gli alberi del formaggio, di Boucotte e del suo museo all'aperto delle culture e dei feticci Diola, di Kabrousse: il villaggio di Alioune Sittoe regina dei Diatta... Pranzo a Cap Skirring. Passeggiata nel villaggio. Ritorno a Diembering. Cena e pernottamento al campo Assep.
GIORNO 09: DIEMBERING - KAOLACK - SALY
Prima colazione. Mattinata libera Pranzo lungo il percorso. Visita al villaggio di Sénoba. Formalità doganali alla frontiera. Proseguimento per Kaolack attraverso il ponte di Farafégni. Pranzo al Relais de Kaolack. Trasferimento a Saly. Cena e pernottamento presso la casa Couleur Passion o similare.
