Alexandria Highlights

Early in the morning, you will be driven to Alexandria (3 hours drive), the second biggest city in Egypt. Alexander the Great built it in 332 B.C. It was also the capital of Egypt under Queen Cleopatra. Here you will visit the Catacombs of Kom El Shokafa, Pompey's Pillar, Alexandria library, and the Montazah Palace, which was in use originally by the Royal Family during the 17th and the 18th century Or Visit the Qaitbay fort which was built on the Ruins of the famous ancient lighthouse of Alexandria. After that, you will travel back to Cairo.
