Welcome to the National Craft and Hastkala Museum, a vibrant celebration of India’s rich and diverse handicrafts heritage. As you step inside, you'll embark on a journey through the centuries, exploring the intricate artistry and craftsmanship that have been passed down through generations.

Our tour begins with a visit to the Textile Gallery, where you’ll be mesmerized by the vibrant colors and delicate patterns of traditional Indian textiles. From the luxurious silks of Varanasi to the detailed embroidery of Kashmir, each piece tells a unique story of the region it hails from.

Next, we move to the Tribal and Folk Art section, showcasing the creativity and cultural richness of India’s tribal communities. Here, you’ll find an array of art forms, including Pattachitra paintings from Odisha, Warli art from Maharashtra, and Gond paintings from Madhya Pradesh, each depicting the folklore and traditions of its community.

Our tour also includes a visit to the Village Complex, an outdoor exhibit that replicates traditional village life from different regions of India. You can witness artisans at work, creating pottery, weaving, and carving, offering a rare glimpse into the techniques behind these crafts.

Finally, enjoy the museum's shop, where you can purchase handcrafted souvenirs to take a piece of this cultural experience home.
