Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
We begin our journey from Arusha, driving to Tarangire, the "Home of Giants." Famous for its massive elephant herds and ancient baobab trees, this park offers incredible predator sightings. After a full day of game viewing, we head to Mto wa Mbu for dinner and a restful night in a semi-luxury lodge.
Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater to Serengeti
We start early, descending 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage site. This is the best place in East Africa to spot the rare Black Rhino. After an intensive morning game drive and lunch on the crater floor, we travel across the Ngorongoro Highlands into the heart of the Serengeti.
Overnight: In a Semi-Luxury Tented Camp.
Day 3: Full Day in Serengeti National Park
A dedicated day to explore the vast Serengeti. We will track lions, leopards, and cheetahs across the savannah. Depending on the season, we may witness the Great Migration. Staying deep within the park allows us to experience the sounds of the African wild under a canopy of stars.
Overnight: In a Semi-Luxury Tented Camp.
Day 4: Serengeti to Arusha (with Maasai Boma Visit)
Enjoy a final morning game drive as we exit the Serengeti. On our way back via the Ngorongoro conservation area, we will visit a Maasai Boma. You’ll have the opportunity to learn about traditional Maasai culture, dances, and customs.
We arrive back in Arusha in the late afternoon.
